Background

The Sanctuary Farm project began in 2014 with the aim of anticipating market trends by bringing coffee from different regions worldwide to create a new profile of Brazilian coffee. This particular varietal, SL28 is most frequently seen as a varietal from Kenya, so to have this coffee grown on the other side of the world in a different climate and soil - makes for a unique and rare cuppa.

The farm, led by Luiz Paulo has already garnered a reputation of producing spectacular coffee, following the entries in Cup of Excellence becoming finalists and at least in the top 10 each year he has entered
