Background

This super fresh juice bomb is a result of a fruit co-fermentation process pioneered and carried out at Cofinet's Santa Monica processing centre in Colombia. Where the coffee is fermented in tanks with actual apple! The coffee beans absorb the flavours from the fruit and we roast it nice and light to allow those flavours to remain present and really jump out in the cup.

It might not be an every day drinking coffee, but if you love trying new & unique things, this is for you. A proper eye-opener as to the possibilities of flavour in coffee.
